Enjoy this beautifully decorated and appointed air conditioned home in one of the area’s most sought after locations close to Vanderbilt Beach (1.4 miles) and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park beach (1 mile) and the very popular Mercato shopping complex (2 miles). This 3 bedroom, 2 bath getaway can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. The fully-appointed cooks kitchen features designer cabinetry, glass tile back-splash, top of the line appliances and granite counter-tops. The adjacent family room features a comfortable sofa set and HD 55" TV and free WiFi. The dining area seats 4 at the round table with additional seating for 6 at a square table. Your eyes are immediately drawn through the sliding doors out to the cozy seating space on the lanai with ample patio furniture for lounging by the very private screened in lanai, heated salt water pool, Hot Tub, the pool features a lounging area to enjoy that frosty beverage. New gas grill for those barbecues. Washing and drying isn't a chore in the separate laundry room. The spacious master bedroom features a king bed, private suite bathroom, waterfall shower, detailed imported tile and Jacuzzi bath tub. Two walk-in his and her closets and 50" flat screen TV. A lovely and bright second bedroom is a peaceful sanctuary with queen bed. In the third bedroom, a full size bed and kids will love the twin bed pull-out trundle. The second full bath is conveniently located by the guest bedrooms and features a waterfall shower. A full selection of beach towels are stocked in the closets. A selection of umbrellas, beach chairs, coolers, free bicycles and accessories is available in the two car garage for all guests to use.

Rental rate includes professional cleaning before arrival and upon departure.

You'll find a wide variety, ranging from Whole Foods Market, exclusive luxurious shops, Silver Spot Cinema, the Pub, AZN cuisine, the Wine Loft, Cavo Lounge, Burn Cigar Lounge, and Blue Martini with live entertainment and dancing to mention only a few options. Historic downtown Old Naples, botanical garden, zoo as well as an abundance of fine restaurants are also close by. Visit Marco Island and take a ferry to Key West. A quick ride to Fort Myers and you can catch spring training baseball.

Pool heating is an optional add on. Pool and Hot Tub heating is an additional $150/ per week. (Or min three days if applicable). Pool heat must be ordered at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Pool heaters only heat when the exterior temperature is above sixty degrees. As a courtesy we attempt to pre-heat the pool to 82 degrees before arrival. Please Note: If the pool heat has not been utilized, it may not be up to full temperature at time of check-in and may need several hours to heat. Any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
