THE 101 is ideally located within walking distance or a short bike ride to Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins State Park & Beach. The beaches offer many water sports equipment rentals. Supermarkets such as Publix, Trader Joes and Whole Foods are less than a 5 minute drive.
The Mercato Entertainment District offers a wide variety of finest Shops and Events on the Lawn. The Nightlife Scene of Mercato is renowned for its abundance and diversity including the Pub, Bar Tulia, Cavo Lounge, Blue Martini and Burn Cigar Bar, just to name a few many of which that have live entertainment and dancing.
