It has plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms to accommodate one large family or two families. The main area features open concept floor plan with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room with full kitchen.
The attached one-bedroom apartment features kitchenette, breakfast nook, lanai, living room with a sleeper sofa for two, full bedroom with a walk-in closet and a connected full bathroom.
There`s a separate entry and driveway if privacy is desired. The apartment can be closed off or connected through double doors between the two kitchens and shared laundry room. It can serve as a private space for another family/ individual or extra space for kids or guests.
The Naples Park location features centralized access to everything Naples has to offer! 1.5 miles to Vanderbilt Beach which offers:
