• As you explore the accommodations, you'll discover the tranquil Master Bedroom, which boasts a king-sized bed, smart TV, and its own exclusive sliding doors that lead directly to the pool deck. The spacious master ensuite bathroom ensures you have all the essentials to rejuvenate after a fun-filled day.

• On the opposite side of the home, the cozy Second Bedroom offers a restful queen-sized bed, smart tv, desk & bench, lounge chair and ample closest space for all your belongings.

• Down the hall, the Third Bedroom features a Full size bed with a Twin trundle pullout—perfect for the kids. This room also features a smart tv and ample closet space, as well as sliding glass doors to the pool. A space that prioritizes privacy, everyone can retreat to their own corner at the end of the day.

Convenience is at the heart of our design, with direct access door from the pool deck to the guest bathroom, minimizing disturbances as you navigate between fun and relaxation. The fully stocked Carrera granite peninsula kitchen invites culinary creativity, outfitted with everything you need to whip up delicious meals. From a Keurig coffee maker to a gas grill on the pool deck, we've anticipated your every need. Please note for the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located around the exterior of our home, as well as a Ring Doorbell.

During cooler months (November-April) a $14.00 per night fee is required for heated pool. Temperature is kept at a comfortable 85° during this time.

After your reservation is accepted, we require current copies of all adult renters drivers license or state identification. We also require all our guests to sign our rental agreement, as well as the HOA required documents before being able to stay at our property. All required information should be received in a timely manner to make check-in seamless, and to avoid additional expedited fees.
