Just one mile from Marco Island and only 20 minutes from downtown Naples, guests are close to white-sand beaches, world-class dining, shopping, championship golf courses, and endless family-friendly activities, while still enjoying the serenity of a true island escape.
This 1,500-square-foot single-family home features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and comfortable sleeping options for families, including a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the upstairs tranquil guest room, a pull-out sofa, and an air mattress available for unexpected extra guests. The upstairs bedroom opens to a private balcony where you can enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails while watching dolphins swim by. Inside, the home is bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed with coastal décor, tropical artwork, custom white wood shutters, cold air conditioning, three large TVs, fresh linens, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed for easy family meals and a dish washer. A washer and dryer add extra convenience for longer stays and beach days.
Outdoor living is where Reel Relaxation truly shines and creates unforgettable family memories. The private waterfront backyard offers front-row views of dolphins and manatees, stunning sunset skies, and a peaceful canal setting. With direct Gulf of America access, guests can be on the water within minutes for boating, fishing, kayaking, shelling, and exploring the 10,000 Islands. A private dock, outdoor seating, a fishing light to attract fish at night, and a gas grill for cooking the day’s catch. Colorful Adirondack chairs invite families to relax together, while the outdoor shower makes rinsing off sand and salt quick and easy after a day at the beach.
Families will appreciate the many thoughtful extras provided, including beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, beach bag, soft cooler, sunscreen, and all the little details that make vacation stress-free. Outdoor games and corn hole!
