This condo is privately owned and professionally managed by ModBnB Napa Vacation Rentals. While guests do not check in at the Mansion or have access to the golf course or spa facilities, you can enjoy:
1 covered carport parking space
Seasonal HOA pools (typically open and heated May-Sept but may be open earlier weather allowing). There are 3 in the Oak Creek Community
3 HOA Tennis Courts
On-site dining at Grill Restaurant, Il Forno Pizza, the Mansion Terrace, The Burger Dog, and the Market & Bakery
Paid spa, gym, and spa tennis/pickle ball court access (inquire directly with Silverado Resort Spa for pricing)

Please Note: Silverado is a private golf course and only available to Troon members, guests of members and guests that have booked a stay directly through the hotel. The main resort pool and tennis courts are also for Members and resort guests only.
Maximum occupancy: 6 guests (including infants and children)
No pets allowed (per Silverado Resort HOA regulations)
Trash, recycling, and compost bins located in the carport closet

When available, we’re happy to offer early check-in or late check-out for an additional fee of $50 per hour.
If you would like to arrive more than 3 hours early or depart more than 3 hours late, we may require an additional night booking. This is because extended timing can place strain on our housekeeping team and may prevent us from accepting same-day reservations.
