This delightful, four bedroom, two bath, attached duplex is nestled among stand alone homes that rent for two, three, four or more times as much in the desirable Old Tom Nevers triangle! The property is meticulously maintained with a private yard and great outdoor entertaining space. There are two bedrooms located on the first floor and two on the second floor. Although there is a wonderful ocean breeze throughout the house, AC units are in all of the bedrooms. A short walk along a no outlet road leads to community stairs accessing a quiet, pristine beach. Beach gear for your enjoyment is stored in the shed. Using Google maps will help you get a better appreciation of this property, unique to the area, in this lovely neighborhood.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Tom Nevers, a neighborhood in Nantucket. Nantucket Shipwreck and Lifesaving Museum and Nantucket Lightship Basket Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Sankaty Head Light and The Old Mill. Vestal St Observatory and Theatre Workshop of Nantucket are also worth visiting.
