This light, bright and cutting-edge modern home with an open floor plan and thoughtful accessible features (entry, elevator, wheelchair friendly suite) offers 7 bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms and 2 half baths. Outdoor spaces feature a heated pool and spa with waterfall and stone paved terraces. The gas firepit takes the edge off of cool evenings.

The property sleeps a maximum of 25 people. Five king suites, one full w twin and outdoor deck, and a bunk room with EIGHT KING beds (great fun for young cousins!)

THE FIRST FLOOR:
Enter to the foyer, and the home opens up to a fresh and modern living and dining area. From the foyer, the home office is on the right side; beside the elevator, and the kitchen and breakfast bar are at hand, behind disappearing doors of Italian crystalline.

The kitchen, with breakfast bar, coffee station and first quality appliances (double ovens and double dishwashers) is conceived to accommodate groups of any size -- the caterer cart and elevator facilitate service to the lower-level cabana room and pool area.

The kitchen and great room open out to a covered porch equipped with its own tv and overlooking the pool area.

Continuing through the great room, the outdoor sundeck with fire pit beckons on sunny days and through the evening.

The generously sized first-floor primary suite includes a king bed and lavish ensuite bath featuring double vanity, soaking tub and oversized shower. Divider walls of imported crystalline provide for light, bright spaces. The second first floor (accessible) suite includes wide doorways with a roll-in vanity and shower. Accessibility is a key component in the design brief: while the home is not designed to all standards of A.D.A., the entry, suite, and access to gathering spaces were carefully designed to accommodate.

Completing the first floor is the accessible entry system, a powder room, a mud room and laundry room with double washer/dryer and a commercial ice maker.

THE SECOND FLOOR
A beautiful custom stairway leads to the second level which hosts two bedroom suites. A large sun deck overlooking the pool is accessed from a second-floor bedroom (full and twin beds) providing a quiet retreat. Another king suite looks out over the front entry.
