YOU WILL HAVE EASY ACCESS TO MID ISLAND RESTAURANTS, GROCERY STORES, GAS STATION, NANTUCKET FISH AND MEAT MARKET AND OTHER POPULAR HOT SPOTS. FROM THE HOUSE YOU CAN CONNECT WITH THE EXTENSIVE BIKE BATH SYSTEM AND ISLAND BUS SHUTTLE WHICH ARE ALTERNATIVE WAYS TO TRAVERSE THE ISLAND. THERE IS AMPLE PARKING FOR UP TO 4 VEHICLES.

THE LOWER LEVEL WITH 9’ CEILINGS HAS A SECOND LIVING ROOM WITH SECTIONAL SOFA, FLATSCREEN TV AND A WET BAR. THERE ARE TWO BEDROOMS ON THIS LEVEL. EACH BEDROOM HAS A KING SIZE BED, EN SUITE BATHROOM- ONE WITH A WITH A WALK IN SHOWER, THE OTHER WITH A SHOWER/TUB. THE LAUNDRY AREA, AND MUDROOM COMPLETE THE LOWER LEVEL
THE OUTDOORS IS A VACATIONERS DREAM! THE HEATED POOL HAS AN INTEGRATED SUN DECK, SURROUNDED BY A BLUESTONE PATIO WITH CHAISE LOUNGES, GAS GRILL, AMPLE LOUNGE AND DINING SEATING AND AN OUTDOOR SHOWER. POOL AND BEACH TOWELS, BEACH CHAIRS, COOLERS ARE ALL PROVIDED.
