Located in the sought after Shimmo area of the Island, this spacious home has been added to over time to accommodate multiple generations of family members or groups of families. Located on a quiet road, the property has easy access to the Polpis Road bike path. A great location with easy access to Town or Sconset. The house is within walking distance to Polpis Harbor, Moors End Farm, and The Moors. There is a lovely peek of the harbor from the master bedroom. The home has beautiful artwork, new furnishings, and a well-maintained yard with gardens. A great home for both relaxing and remote working. There are delightful finishes, and a wonderful floor plan that is designed to have spacious, airy, and light filled rooms and great for entertaining.
Your rental at this home also comes with a guest membership (for 6 people) at The Nantucket Club, located within The Nantucket Hotel + Resort. Your Club membership includes:
- Three heated swimming pools: Family pool, adult lap pool and kiddie pool
- Supervised Kids Club every Monday-Saturday morning during the summer; Additional
evening kids club offered on three summer evenings with dinner for a fee. Ages 3+ (potty-trained) to 12 years old

The house comes complete with 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, 5 bikes, games for the yard, beach chairs and umbrella. All you need to do is come ready for a fantastic Nantucket getaway. This rental will also allow you to bring your dog (certain conditions apply).
First Floor Description
Entry way, two bedrooms (both new queen beds) share a luxurious hall bath, two bedrooms (king bed and 2 twins) that include ensuite baths, a spacious family room with an additional newly appointed full bath. This space, in addition being a beautifully furnished den with a TV has a separate door to the backyard gardens, and 2 queen beds built into a ship-like bunk. A great kids space. Full laundry set up on this floor as well.
Second Floor Description
The upside-down style upstairs offers an open living, dining, and kitchen with cathedral ceilings and lots of light. The modern chef's kitchen includes a Subzero refrigerator, Wolf cooktop, Miele ovens and granite counters. A large island with seating plus a dining room table offer many options. There is ample cabinet space and a pocket door to a large pantry with a separate freezer. The living room has a fireplace and a wet bar with an ice maker. There is a powder room at the top of the stairs. The dining area and kitchen offer large sliding doors to the second-floor deck, great for outdoor dining and entertaining. Master bedroom with king size bed (complete with new mattress) and sitting area; beautiful, tiled bath with double vanities and soaking tub, and large walk-in closet.

Located in Nantucket, this vacation home is near the beach.
