This 5 bedroom home with 3,200 sq. feet of living space and a crisp, fresh design brimming with Nantucket character is located in the new Sandpiper II neighborhood. This home has hardwood floors throughout, modern finishes, outdoor shower, and private outdoor space with a dining table, chairs for lounging, and a grill. Perfect for summer and off-season, this home has lots of living space for up to 12 people.
Renters have access to a community clubhouse featuring an outdoor heated pool, outdoor California kitchen, gathering room with large screen TV and retractable walls and firepit.
First Floor: At the heart of the bright and open floor plan is a kitchen with its large island with seating for 5, a bar, and plenty of coastal charm. The spacious living room with a gas fireplace has a large flat screen TV. The side entrance opens to the bluestone patio with grill and outdoor dining area, making entertaining easy. The first floor is complete with a sunny dining room that seats 10, mud room, a full bathroom and a first floor bedroom with a queen bed.
Second Floor: Primary suite with king bed and a private bath with luxurious shower and double vanities. Two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with 2 sets of twin bunk beds share a hall bath with a shower and tub and double vanity. Spacious laundry room.
Lower Level: Lots of natural light flood this lower level. Including a living room with a large flat screen TV, bedroom with a queen bed, full bath, and office. As an extra bonus, there is a second fully equipped kitchen and second washer and dryer.
Walking distance to ice cream, Nantucket Meat & Fish market, Millie’s at the Rotary, the Chicken Box and Wicked Island Bakery.
Nantucket is home to this vacation home. Nantucket Lightship Basket Museum and The Artists' Association of Nantucket are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Nantucket Ferry Terminal and Miacomet Golf Course. Theatre Workshop of Nantucket and Vestal St Observatory are also worth visiting. Motor boating, sailing, and surfing/body boarding offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
