The perfect location on the edge of town yet super convenient to many beaches, bike paths and shopping. This bright, spacious and airy 3-story, 5-bedroom home is beautifully and comfortably furnished and offers lovely indoor and outdoor spaces to entertain and relax.
All 5 bathrooms were beautifully renovated, along with many other updates.
The main floor features a spacious living room, dining area opens that accommodates 10 opens to the deck, fully outfitted kitchen with laundry area and powder room.
First floor main bedroom features a cathedral ceiling and a wall of glass with sliders to the deck, a large closet and bath with oversized shower and private W/C.
The spacious second floor master looks out over Woodbury Lane and features a large en suite bath with soaking tub, double vanity and spa shower. Two additional bedrooms on the second floor share a large bath. One bedroom features a queen bed with its own deck overlooking the yard. One additional bedroom features two twins that can combine to a king.
The third floor suite area features two twins (that combine to a king) and its own shower bath. There’s also a bunk/office space for extra privacy.

The backyard is spacious and private, and features a deck with dining table and grill, surrounded by hydrangeas. Or, lounge in the yard on the "deep seating" cocktail area.

Located by the sea, this vacation home is in Nantucket Town, a neighborhood in Nantucket. Old Gaol and Jethro Coffin House are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Nantucket Ferry Terminal and Cisco Brewers. Vestal St Observatory and Loines Observatory are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with jet skiing and kayaking nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with horse riding and cycling.
