This stunning Naushop rental offers a clean contemporary decor with Serena & Lily furnishings. Naushop village is a short drive or leisurely bike ride to Town, Surfside Beach, and close to many mid-island conveniences via the Old South Road bike path. There is also a community pool, playground, pickleball court, and tennis courts. Walk in to an open and airy light filled foyer. To the right of the entrance way is a home office, and to the left is a bathroom with a tiled shower. The kitchen boasts high-end appliances, a center island with seating, and is open to the dining and living rooms. This entire area looks out to the back patio, and large tiered yard. Enjoy fantastic sunsets, outdoor dining, and a fire pit, with friends and family. Outdoor shower. On the second floor is the primary king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and tub. There are two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the other with two twin beds. These bedrooms share a full hallway bathroom. The top floor has a spacious living area with casual seating, TV, a reading nook, additional sleeping for one, along with another queen guest bedroom.
Naushop, a neighborhood in Nantucket, is home to this vacation home. Nantucket Lightship Basket Museum and The Artists' Association of Nantucket are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Nantucket Ferry Terminal and Miacomet Golf Course. Vestal St Observatory and Loines Observatory are also worth visiting. Kayaking and motor boating offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and cycling nearby.
