This newly built 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath luxury home is located in one of the most idyllic and convenient locations to town and beaches. It has been thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated to enjoy both inside and outside space. Located on the perimeter of the Old Historic District, it is a short walk to Main Street and to Nantucket’s many fabulous restaurants as well as all the great shopping that town has to offer. It is an easy bike ride to Cisco Beach, Bartletts Farm, Cisco Brewery and 167 Fish Market. As an added bonus, this unique location is surrounded by Land Bank and Conservation Land lending itself to lovely walks.

The beautifully landscaped property has a heated Gunite pool and cabana with outdoor shower. Around the pool are ample seating options with Adirondack and chaise lounge chairs, as well as umbrellas for shade. The large, wrap-around deck includes an eight-person teak table, ideal for pleasant outdoor meals. A propane outdoor grill is also available for the guests to enjoy. Additional items included for renters' enjoyment are four bikes, beach chairs with an umbrella, coolers, beach games, and body boards.

1st Floor: Open, airy and welcoming kitchen/living space has exceptional light and wonderful flow. Living room has a gas fireplace and large flatscreen TV. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has a large island, two sinks and a six burner Thermador range all on the south side of the home allowing for a bright and sunny kitchen. Dining alcove is generous with a seating bench under the windows. Upon entering the house there is a half bath to the left off the front hall. A lovely king master bedroom with adjoining private office is situated off the living room. Beautifully tiled stone bathroom has a double vanity, large shower and soaking tub. Off the dressing room area is a walk in closet. French doors open from the living room and bedroom office onto a large covered porch. The porch leads to a south facing, large deck with seating and dining. The deck overlooks a wonderful gunite pool and cabana with a conveniently located outdoor shower. Off the kitchen is a lovely mudroom with sink and pantry. The separate laundry room has ample space with a sink.

2nd Floor: There are two ensuite bedrooms. One large king bedroom with French doors leading a a deck with Adirondack chairs. Private bath with shower. Second queen bedroom has a private bath with shower. Between the two bedrooms is a cozy sitting area with a large screen TV.

Lower Level: Large living area with 3 full size windows allowing ample light. There is a large flat screen TV and a table that seats 6. One large queen bedroom with full size window and tiled full bath with large shower.

Nantucket Historical Association and Historic Mitchell House are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include The Old Mill and Vestal St Observatory. Loines Observatory and Theatre Workshop of Nantucket are also worth visiting.
