Inside, the first floor includes a welcoming foyer, a cozy family room, a laundry room, and an ice maker. Three bedrooms are on the main level: a large queen-bedroom with its own bathroom; a second room with three twin beds plus a trundle for extra guests; and a third queen-bedroom, all served by a deluxe first-floor bathroom. Upstairs hosts the master suite, featuring a queen bed and an oversized bathroom with a pedestal tub and a separate steam shower. Almost every room opens to decks with ocean views, creating abundant spots to relax, dine, and unwind.
Outdoor spaces are a standout, including a well-equipped shed stocked with bikes, beach chairs, and umbrellas for easy beach days, plus a dedicated outdoor shower for a refreshing rinse after the sand and sea. The wraparound porch and multiple decks give guests plenty of seating for gatherings, sunbathing, or quiet moments with the waves. For security and peace of mind, there are two outdoor cameras on the premises (one near the front door and one facing the shed).
Location is ideal for island exploring: plenty of quiet bike routes from Tom Nevers to Siasconset offer access to markets, shops, and dining, with the village’s charms easily reachable by bike. The Sandbox combines privacy, comfort, and coastal beauty for an unforgettable Nantucket experience.
