This home is conveniently located in the heart of town on historic Centre Street.. Stroll up charming Centre Street and immerse yourself in all that Town has to offer.
First Floor: At the front of the house, you will find a living room with comfortable seating and flat-screen television. The dining room is open to the living room and has seating for 6-8. The kitchen is to the left of the dining room and has counter seating for four, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a DCS gas range, and a dishwasher by Kitchen Aid. There is a door that leads to a small front yard with two Adirondack chairs and a gate out to the street. Off the back hall, you will find a newly renovated full bathroom with a full shower and a laundry room with a top-loading washer and dryer; a door leads out to the back patio equipped with dining table that seats 8 but can be extended to fit up to 12 with extra chairs available. Brand new outdoor lounge furniture with gas fire pit also available for your enjoyment. The first-floor bedroom has a king bed and a newly renovated ensuite bathroom with a shower.
Second Floor: There are three bedrooms on the second floor. The queen bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and a tub. The twin bedroom and the second queen bedroom share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a combination tub/shower. Sonos available for your enjoyment. Beach chairs and umbrella coupled with Matouk beach towels make for a great day at the beach. Our comfortable home if yours to enjoy. We hope you love it as much as we do!
