It was recently renovated with the ideal blend of sophisticated luxury while maintaining a Historic Nantucket charm. The renovation was completed in July of 2022 with front and back porches providing an abundance of space and natural light to compliment the design and dark wood features.
Located on Union Street, 52 Union, is within a 10-minute walk to Main Street and walking distance to the closest Beach. It is centrally located for easy access to the Downtown Center, Beaches, and the rest of the Island.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Nantucket Town, a neighborhood in Nantucket. Nantucket Lightship Basket Museum and The Artists' Association of Nantucket are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Theatre Workshop of Nantucket and Dreamland Film and Performing Arts Center.
