This updated West End cottage has beautiful harbor views. There are multiple living areas inside and out. The property is air-conditioned, newly furnished and located about 50 yards from the public pier - a great spot to launch kayaks or a small boat. Layout: From a large yard with water views is the front porch which is complete with outdoor furniture and a grill.

Renovated in 2020, you enter into a cozy kitchen and living room area with new appliances including a dishwasher, washer-dryer, and a flat-screen TV. The master bedroom has a cathedral ceiling, adjojns the 1/2 bath, has its own air conditioning zone, and a queen bed. The second bedroom has a built-in Queen bed and its own AC as well. Accessed from the living room area are another small bedroom with a single lofted bed and seating below, a shared full bath with a cast iron tub and the back deck has an outdoor shower. In the kitchen, there is bar seating for three. In addition to the shared full bath, there is also a half bathroom accessed from the kitchen with private access from the master.

Located at the opposite end of a large lot is another rental home. The cottage may be rented separately, or when the houses are rented together, it serves as the perfect space for extra guests. This is a NON-Smoking House and Pets are not permitted.

Located by the sea, this cottage is in Madaket, a neighborhood in Nantucket. Founder's Cemetery and Old Gaol are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Smith's Point Wildlife Sanctuary and Lily Pond Park. Loines Observatory and Vestal St Observatory are also worth visiting.
