Two bedroom cottage on a private, shell lined street just moments from the center of town. The easy breezy layout features an open kitchen/dining/living area, with sleeping loft above, and king and queen bedrooms on the first floor. Newly renovated in 2019, the property has Miele and Bosch appliances, gas stove, large farm sink, cathedral ceiling in the main living area, and beautiful furnishings.
Plenty of privacy and outdoor living space with beautiful lawn, stone patio, dining area, gas grill, and deck. Private parking for two vehicles. Room to store bicycles, so you can rent bikes and ride them into town or to the beach!
Matouk linens, plush towels, and beach equipment are provided for your luxurious stay. Housekeeping and concierge services are available upon request.

Located near the beach, this cottage is in Nantucket Town, a neighborhood in Nantucket. Nantucket Lightship Basket Museum and Hadwen House are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Vestal St Observatory and Loines Observatory. Theatre Workshop of Nantucket and Dreamland Film and Performing Arts Center are also worth visiting. Take in the nearby slopes with cross-country skiing, or check out other outdoor activities such as ice skating.
