Centrally located amongst the city's many shops, restaurants, and outdoor recreation opportunities - fun in the sun is inevitable! During your stay, get outside with a five minute drive to visit NNU, Deer Flat National Wildlife Refuge, Lake Lowell Reservoir, and RedHawk Public Golf Course. This home is also a 20 minute drive from Ford Idaho Center, 35 minutes in light traffic to Boise Airport, BSU, Bogus Basin Ski area, Snake RIver, and Celebration park, an Idaho Archaeological Park. Right outside your front door, you'll discover easy walkability to multiple biking and walking nature trails, as well as a community play area for the kiddos.

Inside your home away from home you will have everything you need to make your vacation amazing. Settle down on the oversized sofa in the light-filled living room and play a game of chess. If chess isn't your choice, engage in some playful competition over the foosball table or enjoy an outside game of cornhole. Steps away, the full kitchen comes well-prepared to host all of your culinary creations with granite countertops, breakfast bar, ample meal prep space, and stainless steel appliances. When you want to elevate your cooking, fire up the provided gas grill and enjoy the outdoor firepit and comfortable outdoor chairs.

The home's well appointed bedrooms are plush and spacious. Off the primary bedroom, enjoy having access to an in suite bathroom and two large walk-in closets - perfect for storing your vacation garb and suitcases. Additional interior perks include a large gathering area, port-a-crib and highchair, central air- conditioning, separate washer/dryer laundry room equipped with a clothes steamer and central air-conditioning.

Outside, everyone can stretch their legs in the expansive enclosed yard. Here, hours of entertainment are sure to come easily over games of corn hole, hot tub soaks, and late-night s'more building over the firepit.

Listed Disposable Items: trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, sensitive skin bar soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, dish soap, and sponge, laundry detergent, disinfectant, spot cleaner, and locally made Idaho Soap Factory natural bar soap and bath bomb.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
