Welcome to the Haire Haus! This beautiful and centrally located home is perfect for family gatherings. There are plenty of beds, and the neighborhood is friendly and quiet. Enjoy the lush backyard, whether sitting on the patio or letting your children run around in the fully fenced backyard.

The home is close to the freeway entrance, shopping (Costco, Target, Walmart, fast food, and sit-down restaurants within a 10-minute drive), and only 30 minutes from downtown Boise.

The neighborhood is a friendly place with plenty of welcoming families. It's far off enough not to hear traffic but minutes from the highway.

Other Things to Note:
CHECK-IN & OUT PROCEDURE
Check-in is 4 pm. Checkout is 10 am.
Leave dirty towels in the dirty clothes hamper in each bathroom and any super wet towels in the bathroom tub. Leave dirty dishes in the sink. That’s it. No checkout cleaning is required. You are on vacation!

No Pets, Smoking, Vaping, or use of any recreational drugs inside or on the property.
No Parties. Keep music and noise quiet after 9 pm each night.
Please clean up any accidental spills.

Failure to comply with the pet and smoking/drug policies and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $750 fine, immediate eviction with no refund, and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.
