Three-night minimum stays accepted (off and In-season) in addition to full weekly rentals at 10% discount. Check calendar for availability. Cottage is located at mile post 10 in Nags Head Township. This 5-bedroom 3-bath Cottage has an outdoor shower, charcoal park smoker grill, and front loader washer & dryer. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths separated from the downstairs which has 2 bedrooms with a shared bath and is perfect for families or friends vacationing together. Four (4) high-definition LED Televisions, High Speed WIFI & Telephone. Location is 2 to 6 blocks from Harris Teeter or Food Lion grocery stores. Many restaurants are within 3 to 6 miles to the cottage. Beach access is 3 blocks away – Eight backpack beach chairs are provided. Sorry No Smoking, No Pool, No Hot Tub, & No pets. Check in time is 4:00 PM on date of arrival and check out time is 11:00 AM for date of departure. Bed linens are provided. Towels are not provided so be sure to bring your own towels and toiletries. We also require renter to be 25 years or older and no subletting is allowed. Keys and WIFI codes are provided the day of check-in through VRBO messaging portal.     • Cottage is to be left broom clean (same as you found it upon arrival). beds are to be made with comforter & pillows at head board.
    • All trash is to be bagged and placed in trash receptacle(s) outside. receptacle(s) rolled to the street for pickup.
    • Dishes/utensils are to be washed and placed in respective cabinets or drawers (e.g. knives in knife block, plates in cabinet, etc.). place cottage keys on island counter in front of the stove.
