The other two floors host four additional bedrooms, each with a private bath. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and comfortable, with Smart TVs and high-speed WiFi access throughout the house, and many embrace the panoramic sound and golf course views.

The large lower recreation and game room includes two additional twin beds (a day bed and trundle) and also features a Smart TV, Bluray/DVD Player, classic video game console, karaoke machine, board games, and library.
