Mid level has 1 master king and 2 bedrooms equipped with plenty of sleeping options for kids and singles, friends, etc.. Large and private fenced in yard with a lot of space and safe for your pups! Grilling and picnic area with easy access to kitchenette, large extra fridge, and outdoor picnic gear. Heated pool and hot tub. Many games for inside and out. We happily accommodate , parents, kids, and grandparents. Walk Everywhere or bike around town. 10 mile bike path runs the length of Nags Head along the beach road. Close to Everything. Dogs welcome! Beautifully Maintained Beach Access is just steps away. Fully equipped 4 wheel beach cart for sand and a smaller one for lighter gear. chairs, umbrellas, toys and cooler provided. We keep our personal items either locked up or in a closet that states for you to not enter. There are notes through out the house to guide you. I suggest bringing your own bikes or renting them! OLD NAGS HEAD PLACE . Every home was built to the historic architecture of the original homes that are still standing on the beach front near Jockeys Ridge State Park. It is part of the preservation and charm that keeps the unique character alive!

****Under 25 year olds? We Prefer you BE ACCOMPANIED BY A FAMILY with your own kids, OR PARENTS! Our home is set up with kids, grandparents, partners, and mature friends groups in mind. People who love and appreciate and respect the beaches and Oceans.....Not set up for a bunch of 18-24 year olds hanging inside and partying.. It ruins everything. If you are looking for a party house to Spring break in, we suggest you look for a better suited home that allows non family groups or just stay home. This is a residential well looked after and maintained neighborhood. HOWEVER...Please communicate your genuine inquiries to me, as we are open minded to consider all willing to Respect house rules and the beautiful Sea, with an honest conversation. Please keep in mind that we are a single family owned home, not a hotel. Our family and staff are local. We take great care of our guests and home. This is in a neighborhood community with an association and many local families, children, and grandparents reside here in Old Nags Head Place. The elementary school is a few blocks away. Thank you for respecting that.

Oregon Inlet is a few miles down the road. Our closest beach access is 2 blocks, and is ideal for surf fishing! The Nags Head Fishing Pier is 3 short blocks from the house!
Our home is nestled in nature where it offers all the peace, relaxation and serenity, yet, you only need to leave the gates and you are steps away to all the excitement and liveliness of Nags Head!

Maximum: 8-10 adult guests or up to 12+ with kids. .. PETS! NO Additional fee if you promise to clean up! You are required to add your pet into your reservation at the time of booking. ** * Please clean up after your dog, and do not allow your dog to mess inside the house. Several vacuum cleaners and brooms available for you to clean dog hair. Paper bags in laundry room and a poop scoop available for you. Keep dogs off of furniture, however if you bring your own dog linens to lay wherever your dog lays would work! Make sure you scoop around the yard. If my yard guy finds it..he will charge you. Vacuum and scoop before you leave :-) Thank You!
