This is truly a peaceful and tranquil escape. This property will not disappoint if you’re looking for a cozy place to relax, reconnect, rejuvenate, and restore! The home is surrounded by big pine trees and small creeks. Its located 10 miles outside the city limits of Nacogdoches & 6 miles from Lake Sam Rayburn. This area is completely off the beaten path and offers pure serenity. Boat and ATV parking is available onsite. Come and enjoy your coffee/cocktails on a big cozy front porch. This is a new property built in 2021. The owner’s suite, a full bath, kitchen, washer/dryer, and main living area are all located on the first floor. Upstairs is a large loft area with additional living space, big screen TV, 2nd bath and two bedrooms. We also have four oversized couches that can be converted into 4 additional single sleepers.
Camp LaVie is a great place for big family/friend gatherings, cozy couple’s retreats, family reunions and memorable fishing and family trips. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities of home. There is plenty of space to spread out and office space upstairs for your zoom or teams’ meetings. Guest have full access to the entire home.
Located in Nacogdoches, this vacation home is in a rural area and on a lake. Sterne-Hoya House Museum and Library and Old University Building are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Zip Nac and Woodland Hills Golf Club. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at William R. Johnson Coliseum or Homer Bryce Stadium.
