This Rustic Split Level Vacation Home (built in 1979) gives you the true New England experience, with Mystic Seaport Museum just steps away! The Mystic Aquarium is also a very short 5 minute drive away, located in Olde Mistic Village. The home is a split level design w/ garage. Our fully furnished 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom house even allows 10 relatives to live comfortably and lavishly! SLEEPS 10 ADULTS IN BEDS AND 2 CHILDREN IN BUNK BEDS! Maximum 10 occupancy!

Monthly/Weekly/Daily Renters, Essential Workers, Families/Vacationers, Connecticut College, Mitchell College, Coast Guard Academy, Electric Boat, Dominion Energy, Mohegan Sun & Foxwoods Casinos. Family, friend, work, team, bachelor, bachelorette, golf, etc. gatherings are all welcomed.

Guests have access to the entire vacation home. It is only a 5 minute drive into downtown Mystic. We are only steps away from Mystic Seaport Museum and Mystic Aquarium: open all seasons. No need for parking; you are a light stroll or bike ride from Mystic Seaport Museum and a short drive to the Mystic Aquarium and Olde Mistic Village. Ocean Beach Park is less than a 15 minute drive, open Memorial Day to Labor Day! full bathroom tub/shower combo in upper level hallway
lower level: 2 queen beds, 2 standing AC units, dehumidifier, hanging closet, bunk bed (children only), 50" Smart HDTV, washer/dryer, full bathroom w/ shower
lower level bathroom: shower drain, toilet, sinks are all controlled and drained from in-line sump/septic pump behild toilet (please contact host if pump alarm or clog)
all 5 queen beds and bunk bed/trundle = Sealy medium firm mattress
all bedrooms and bathrooms have doors w/ locks for privacy
all bedrooms have table lamps
all bedrooms have luggage racks for suitcases
all bedrooms have standing AC units - when set to "high" fan AC mode, units become loud when pumping out cool air
living room + dining room + kitchen has industrial wall AC unit
Headboard lamps are part of bed design. The lamps ARE NOT functional.
