Beautiful gray color scheme, spacious, and comfortable. Double bunks for plenty of space for the children's enjoyment and can fit adults as well. :)

No PETS, smoking/vaping of any kind please.

PLEASE BRING your PILLOWS and BEDDING... a fitted sheet and mattress pad are provided for the master bed. 2 T/TXL sheets are needed for the bunk beds if desired. These beds are covered with mattress pad covers ONLY. The dinette and sofa will need either a flat sheet or twin fitted sheet if desired.
Damage or discoloration to the mattress covers $30 each

What's provided :
Cookware\cooking utensils (available upon request only)
-garbage can/bags, paper-towels, dish liquid, hand soap for the bathroom, toilet tissue, broom/dustpan, and heater (so monitoring of the propane can be avoided).
Please bring your own towels.

If you do not have hookups (water/electric) where you are going, please read this information.
Please keep in mind only certain things will run off the battery and propane. The a/c, electrical outlets, and microwave won't work unless you have a generator if there isn't an electrical hookup available where you are going. 4000 watts or better generator is needed. If you do not have a generator or electrical source, the furnace runs off of the propane as well as the hot water tank and fridge/freezer. The lights, slide, and awning can work off of the battery. It depends on usage on how long the propane and battery will last. We can also fill the water tank for you if needed:)
