Entertainment center with 32" smart tv to enjoy your netflix, disney+, etc. in your choice of the sofa or recliners. The living room has opposing slides which gives you plenty of entertaining space or for family movie nights.

Master bedroom with king sleep number residential mattress, smart tv, wardrobe and closet space for all of your belongings.

The living room sofa folds out for a great sleeper leaving floor space for a twin mattress.

A charcoal grill is provided for those nights when you want to cook outside. And a canopy is provided in place of the awning for those days when it's super sunny.

Pack your bags and get ready to enjoy the great outdoors. You show up and leave the rest to us.

What's included
Kitchen equipped and stocked with refrigerator, three burner stove, oven, microwave, pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, silverware, children's plates, cups, silverware, keurig (including coffee), and a toaster.

Linens are provided for all beds. Bath towels, kitchen towels are provided. An additional twin memory foam mattress is available if needed (fits in the living room floor)

There are outdoor rugs, camping chairs and more.

Bathroom includes a spacious shower.

We provide toilet paper specifically made for RV's as any other paper can damage the holding tanks. Please do not throw any feminine products, paper towels, baby wipes or any other products in the toilet.

Delivery within 25 miles is included with the rental. Delivery exceeding 25 miles incurs an additional fee.

Awning is not available for use. However, we are providing a 10x10 pop up canopy in its place for your use. If camper is not occupied, high winds, or storms develop - it must be taken down. Renter takes responsibility for replacement and any damage if used.

Renters are responsible for reserving / paying for campsite.

This is a 40 ft camper with 4 opposing slides and a canopy, you need a minimum 40 foot campsite. NOTE: We are NOT responsible if the camper does NOT fit on the site and will NOT attempt to put it on a smaller site.

**Check-in is based on the campground and check-out is 9:00 a.m.
**If there is no septic hookup - an additional $25 fee will be added
