Sea Grass is a five-bedroom, four-bath beach house located 1.1 miles from the Garden City Pier. This home features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a microwave and dishwasher, washer, dryer, and central heat and air conditioning. Five flat screen TVs (cable), two DVD players, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king, three queen, one double, and one twin-sized bed with a trundle. Outdoor amenities include a private 15-by-30-foot pool with an 8-by-8-foot tanning shelf, sundeck overlooking a pond, and a charcoal grill. The swimming pool can be heated from Labor Day through Memorial Day when air temperatures are above 55°. No smoking. No pets. Maximum occupancy: 12

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses.
