Atalaya Towers 1505 is a three-bedroom, two-bath condo at this oceanfront complex located 0.5 miles north of the Garden City Pier. This unit features a private oceanfront balcony adjacent to the master bedroom and living area, a fully-equipped kitchen complete with microwave and dishwasher, washer, dryer, and central heat and air conditioning. Two Smart TVs (65-inch, 55-inch, cable), and Wi-Fi are also available. Sleeping accommodations include one king and one-queen-sized bed, plus one double-over-double bunk with trundle. Amenities include an enclosed swimming pool (heated in the winter), hot tub, outdoor swimming pool and elevators. Limit two parking passes per unit. One car-sized trailer is permitted if parked across the street from the complex and will be counted as one of the two parking passes. No golf carts allowed.
