Surf Master by the Sea Penthouse B is a three-bedroom, three-bath oceanfront condo located 1.2 miles north of Garden City Pier. This penthouse is located on the 11th floor of the North Tower, and features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher and microwave, washer, dryer, and new central heat and air conditioning. Three Smart TVs (Roku in the living room) and Wi-Fi are also included. Sleeping accommodations include two king and two twin-sized beds, plus a queen sofa bed. This unit features a furnished oceanfront balcony with a private hot tub. Common area features two elevators in both towers, two oceanfront swimming pools and hot tubs, ample parking, (some covered) 7-foot clearance. Parking spaces are limited and availability is based on the size of each unit. One bedroom units are assigned one pass; two and three bedroom units are assigned two passes. Vehicles not displaying a parking pass on the rear view mirror or in a prominent area on the dashboard are subject to immediate towing per the Surf Master HOA.
