Minimum Age Requirement
The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the property for the duration of the stay. A valid government-issued photo ID may be required to verify age and identity. Reservations made under false pretenses or by individuals under the age of 25 are subject to cancellation without refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Located in Garden City, this condo is near theme parks and on the beach. Broadway at the Beach and The Market Common are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Family Kingdom Amusement Park and SkyWheel Myrtle Beach.
