The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the property for the duration of the stay. A valid government-issued photo ID may be required to verify age and identity. Reservations made under false pretenses or by individuals under the age of 25 are subject to cancellation without refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
