Water’s Edge 708 is a one-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront condo located 0.6 miles north of Garden City Pier. This condo includes a fully-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and microwave, as well as a washer, dryer, private covered balcony, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Two TVs and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king-sized bed and two queen-sized sofa beds. Common area amenities include an outdoor swimming pool with swim-through to interior pool (excluding October-April when the indoor pool is heated), indoor/outdoor hot tub, outdoor showers, two elevators, on-site gift shop, lounge, and restaurant, and covered parking. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.
