Enjoy hiking, winery and craft brewery tours, fly fishing, river tubing, rafting, kayaking, boating, Lake Nottely, Lake Blue Ridge, scenic motorcycle rides, horseback riding, Harrah's Valley River Casino, Andrews Scenic Rail Bikes, Blue Ridge Railroad and Rail Bikes, local farmers' markets, local and fine dining, day spas, and more.
Then come home to the cabin to relax in the HOT TUB by the PORCH FIRE PIT on the LOWER DECK. Enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails in the old fashioned rockers or porch swing or an afternoon nap on the queen sized PORCH BED on the SCREENED PORCH overlooking the PRIVATE wooded back yard listening to the BUBBLING FOUNTAIN. Barbecue on the GAS GRILL or prepare a meal in the modern and fully equipped kitchen. Extend the evening enjoying s'mores while lounging in the Adirondack chairs around the FIRE PIT canopied with STRING LIGHTS.

This is our personal vacation home, which we inherited from my Dad, our children's Granddaddy. We love that we get to tell you a little bit about the man Granddaddy was by sharing it with you.
NO smoking or vaping, inside or outside.
NO unauthorized animals.
NO parties.
Violation of any of these rules will result in a $500 fine, plus the reasonable cost of any cleaning or remediation due to the violation.
Service Animals:
1. Service animals must be leashed or harnessed at all times on property, unless the handler’s disability physically prohibits them from holding a leash.
2. Service animals cannot be left unattended in the property for any length of time. They must remain with the handler 24/7 during the stay. We use outdoor cameras to verify the animal is never left unattended by the handler. If the animal is left unattended, the booking is immediately canceled with no refund.
3. Owners must clean up after the animal and dispose of feces in sealed plastic bags in the outdoor trash bin. Failure to properly clean up after animals will also result in immediate cancellation of the booking with no refunds.
These rules are fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Terms of Service with VRBO. There will be no negotiation, modifications, or exceptions granted to these rules. Continuing with booking constitutes a legally binding agreement to these rules.
Located in Murphy, this cabin is in a rural area and in the mountains. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Blue Ridge Lake and Nantahala National Forest, while Valley River Arts and Clay's Corner are cultural highlights.
