This is our new 2023 Grand Design. It is 2 bed one bath 5th wheel that sleeps about 8. This a great camper for the family. It has an outside kitchen that has a small fridge and a flat top stove.

Beds
• Master bedroom - Queen bed
• 2nd AC unit is master bed
• 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed. top has 2 twins and bottom is full. lots of closet space and storage
• In the main living area, the couch will turn into a queen bed and the dinette turns into a full

Kitchen
Love to cook? This RV includes a nice size kitchen.
• 3-burner gas stove and an oven
• Microwave and a full-size refrigerator/freezer
• Included: silverware, coffee pot, ice maker, pot and pan set, basic cooking utensils, baking pan, cutting board, bottle/wine opener, and dish towels, and more.

The bathroom is a stand-up shower with cabinets above and below the sink and above toilet.
• towels and wash cloths are provided.
• RV toilet paper is included. (Please only use RV toilet paper or septic safe – helps to prevent clogging).

Towing
I have an Anderson hitch (andersenhitches.com). You will need a gooseneck ball to tow. We do offer delivery and set up.

This unit is dog friendly. We ask that you let us know ahead of time and there is a pet fee. (No cats)
