Bathroom includes toilet, sink, and stand up shower. Towels, washcloths upon request.
Bedroom includes queen bed with bedding included upon request, night stands with electrical plugs for easy charging of phones or computer.
Outdoor options include an awning for shade, outdoor lighting, a storage area, cornhole
Rules of the road:
No smoking. Pets allowed with prior authorization. $50.00 non-refundable per pet fee.
No roof access.
Owner reserves the right to use security deposit for any damages.
Septic System: All tanks must be completely emptied before camper is returned. Only RV approved toilet paper may be used in camper toilet.
When plugging into electrical source, you must use the provided surge protector to monitor electricity input.
Pick up time after 12pm and drop off time before 12pm.
