1 Br Cabin Vacation Rental In Mountain View, Arkansas

The Black Sheep Cabin is a modern rustic log cabin perched on a hill overlooking the beautiful Sylamore Creek Valley below. There is also a guest cabin next door, Black Sheep Casita, that is available as an add-on, but does not rent separately. The Casita must be rented for the same number of nights as the Cabin, if added.

The Black Sheep Cabin is conveniently located less than 10 minutes to Town Square and less than 20 minutes to Blanchard Springs and the National Forest. The Cabin sleeps 4 in one bedroom with queen bed and a twin over twin daybed in an open area. The one bathroom has a tub and shower combo, and is located just off the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the sounds of the creek below from the screened porch or back deck, both of which have beautiful creek valley and mountain views.

Need more room? The Casita is the guesthouse next door and sleeps an additional two guests. It is only available as an add-on and does not rent separately. See pics for more details. If you'd like to add the Casita, just let us know when you book and we will send you the link. **Casita must be added for the same number of nights as the Cabin reservation.

Casita Rate $75/night plus tax.

RENTAL RULES:

• Minimum age to book is 25, ID may be required

• Check in is 4:00 PM-10PM / Check out is 11:00 AM

• No Smoking in or near the Cabin

• Dogs are allowed, with $50 Pet Fee (per stay, 2 dogs max, house rules apply)

• No loud noise or parties

• Absolutely no UTV's, ATV’s, Trailers, or Campers

• Hunting/discharging firearms is strictly prohibited

The Cabin and Casita are situated on a county maintained gravel road in a residential neighborhood. After heavy rains the gravel road can be a bit bumpy. While the Cabin and Casita have beautiful views of the Sylamore Creek valley below, it does not have creek access.

~It should be noted that our properties are located in a rural and, in some cases, remote area of the Ozarks, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, deer, mice, snakes, eagles, wild hogs, black bear, skunks, and opossums are common, and may be a nuisance at certain times of the year. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitos, spiders, bees, flies, and gnats also live nearby. Each property has a regular/quarterly pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against Guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this.

Mountain View is home to this cabin. The Old Mill and Brickshy's Backstreet Theater are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Ozark Folk Center State Park and Calico Rock Historic District.
