In the backyard you will find a beautiful large private deck. The deck has an outdoor dining table, a grill for cooking, and plenty of room to spread out. Relax and enjoy the wonderfully landscaped yard with a large 9 foot privacy fence. The backyard is anchored by a historic live oak tree that has grown in a unique way since Hurricane Gracie in 1959.
Home #2 next door has been updated with 3 bedrooms that are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Home #2 also has a beautiful private backyard with a large deck and outdoor furniture.
Both Homes have fully equipped kitchens with everything you need to cook up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and utensils. The dining tables offer room for group meals. Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.
