Location! Location! 3 miles to Sullivans Island, 10 minutes to Isle of Palms, 1 mile to both fine dining and casual restaurants, as well as grocery stores, 2 miles to Shem Creek, 10 minutes to downtown Charleston.
Completely furnished one story home, with an open bright floorpan, in a great neighborhood! Oakhaven has great amenities with a neighborhood pool, tennis courts, playground for kids and a basketball court.
This home is located on a tree lined pond, with fantastic nature views from both the screen porch and sunroom. There is a variety of birds and turtles that live in the pond, so lots of nature watching!
Enter this home with secondary bedrooms to the right (one Queen bed with a walk-in closet, and one room with 2 twin beds. The garage and laundry are to the left. Continue to the dining area with a spacious dining table that seats 6. There is a bay window and open floor plan to the kitchen and family room with vaulted ceilings and sky lights that makes the rooms comfortable, spacious and bright. The family room has plenty of room and a large TV. The Master suite is at the back of the house with a King size bed, desk and chair, Smart TV, and access to the sunroom with gorgeous pond views. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine with the serene view of water and nature. Master suite has a vaulted ceiling, sliding barn door to the full bath and walk-in closet. Very spacious!
Every room has dressers, nightstands and a ceiling fan. The entire house has been renovated within the last 2 years.
All utilities, (electric, water & wi-fi) are included in the rent as well as yard maintenance and garbage/recycling pickup.
There is a dedicated work space with a desk and chair in the master suite.
The family room and master suite both have Smart TV's & no cable so you can log into your preferred streaming app and watch TV.

Charleston City Market and Charleston Tanger Outlets are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Shem Creek Park and Sullivan's Island Beach. Patriots Point and USS Yorktown are not to be missed. Looking to get your feet wet? Jet skiing, kayaking and motor boating adventures can be found near the property.
