Our two bedroom two bath condo is tucked away in a quiet community that backs up to Shem Creek. The community dock is the perfect spot to read a book or drink your morning coffee while watching the birds and smelling the salt air. The unit has been completely remodeled from floor to ceiling including new appliances and furnishings. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, and full bath with shower tub combo. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with closet. Both of the bedrooms and the living room have flat screen TVs with Xfinity cable and DVD players. The second bathroom has a shower unit, no tub. The unit has one assigned parking space and additional parking is available.

This is a quiet community with close neighbors. Please respect our neighbors who live here on a daily basis. Keep the TV/music/noise to a reasonable level. Loud noise and partying will not be tolerated. If neighbors are disturbed the proper authorities will be contacted and you will not be refunded any money.
We are centrally located in Mount Pleasant.

Port of Charleston and Wild Dunes Resort Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Patriots Point and USS Yorktown. South Carolina Aquarium and North Charleston Coliseum and Performing Arts Center are not to be missed. Water tubing and sailing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours and hiking/biking trails nearby.
