Outfitted with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this is the ideal space for your next executive retreat. Additionally, every bedroom has large windows that give exceptional views of the lake. This newly built modern home spared no expense with its top-of-the-line furnishings and finishes. The downstairs living and kitchen areas are very open with floor-to-ceiling window doors, which gives the comfort of indoor spaces with a blend of nature.
Less than 20 miles from Nashville, this property is the perfect distance from downtown Nashville. Whether you have meetings or events to attend in downtown Nashville or just want to hit the town, this property gives you that ability while having a nice and quiet place to retreat to.
Boat slip and/or boat tie-up may be available by approval and with a fee.

Cleaning Standards: We follow strict CDC/VRMA disinfecting protocols, focusing on high-touch areas.
Disclaimer: Room configurations, decor, and contents may have changed since photos were taken. Hot tub heating is complimentary and managed by request with your house manager. Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.
