The condo at 12B South Crescent has been completely remodeled in the last year with new furniture & bedding throughout. Whether looking for a family vacation (the unit sleeps 8 people comfortably) or just a weekend getaway, this is the condo for you! Walk into the hallway to the kitchen, which has stainless steel appliances , granite countertops & luxury vinyl plank flooring. You can cook a whole meal or just a snack. The bar seats three & the dining room table seats four. The living room has a floor to ceiling rock fireplace, a queen size sleeper sofa & 2 recliners. A sliding glass door leads to a covered balcony with lounge chairs, table with four chairs for dining & a gas grill. The master bedroom has a king size bed with new mattress. A sliding glass door leads out onto a covered balcony. The private master bath has a shower, sink & toilet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with new furniture & mattress as well as a set of bunk beds. The hallway bathroom has a shower/tub combo, sink & toilet.
