Our two-story, four-bedroom (two-and-a-half bath) log cabin has beautiful views of Round Pond, a large front deck for lounging & dining, a side deck for grilling, & a dock for swimming & launching the canoe & kayaks. An outdoor shower, another half bath, has views of the lake & woods. the front deck has 2 Adirondack chairs & foot rests, a round table, & 6 chairs.

It's quiet and peaceful, with Spectrum TV & Wi-Fi & lots of space to explore.

Upstairs: The master bedroom has a king-size bed; the lofted bedroom (above the living room) has two twin beds. There are also one full & one half bath.

Downstairs: Living room, kitchen, & dining area are all in one open space, with the dining area set off to one side with optimal views of the sunset. Of two bedrooms downstairs, one has a queen bed; one has 2 twin beds. They share a full bath. The outdoor shower is out the door, down a few stairs. The cabin is furnished as a home; please treat it as such. If you appreciate hand-crafted furniture, welcome! (If you seek a rough-&-tumble experience, you'll be happy elsewhere.)

We have a TV with DVD-playing capabilities that sits on a table in the living room -- feel free to rearrange, if you'd like.

Canoe, kayaks, & swim toys are in the basement, with a few fishing rods. Multiple sizes of personal flotation devices are there, too.

You may see eagles, osprey, loons, chickadees, other birds, & deer.

Located in Pretty Marsh, a neighborhood in Mount Desert, this cabin is in a rural area and on the waterfront. Bar Harbor Whale Watch Co is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Acadia National Park and Acadia National Park's Visitors Center. Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf and George B. Dorr Museum of Natural History are also worth visiting.
