Our home by the sea is your home
away from the cares of the world. Enjoy a single floor
layout that maximizes oceanfront views - on serene mornings,
in bright afternoons, and with stunning sunsets. Take a
walk on the beach to be in nature: otters, seals, dolphins,
pelicans, sandpipers, and plump plovers are right at your
doorstep. Be entertained by shopping in Carmel, great
restaurants, and world-class golf minutes away. Or, drop by
the clubhouse for its tennis courts, bocce ball, basketball,
volleyball, hot tub, sauna, and swimming pool. And then do
like we do: Sip a glass of Monterey County wine, beach comb
for sea shells, tuck in with a wonderful book, sleep so
soundly that you wake up late, and have the kind of
conversations with friends and family that come alongside
slowing down our hectic lives enough to enjoy it. We welcome
