Find all of the peace of small town life in this 1937 restored bungalow in the heart of Morton Illinois. This inviting home is a cozy relaxing retreat. Ideally located within walking distance to several restaurants, bars, parks, coffee shops, and bike trails. Hard wood floors and tiled kitchen/bathroom. The kitchen features a coffee bar. Newly remolded upstairs has 1 bedroom with 2 full beds and an entertainment room with 50" HD TV. Main floor features 2 bedrooms with queen beds each. Full basement with washer and dryer/ironing. Grill and full patio set for outdoor fun. Private Backyard. Garage for small car. Whole home air purifier system installed June 26, 2021. Brand new AC unit installed June 26, 2021. New Stand alone AC unit installed upstairs bedroom. There is one full bathroom recentky remolded in the main floor.
In June 2021, Filming for Morton’s only movie, Baking up Love, took place during Mid June at Charm On Clifton. We were honored to have filming at our place to help our community in Morton! A big Thanks to Candice Cain (director) for choosing our home to film! Look for the Movie in fall 2021!
Our house and decorations are not designed for young toddlers or infants. Please be aware of these limitations before you book.
New Air Hockey table and 6 person game table added to basement summer of 2021.
In October of 2021 we added a 6 person game table in the basement for playing cards etc.
We added a Ninja Blender in late October 2021
A Fuse Ball table was added spring of 2022
A frisbee disc golf basket was added to the back yard July 2022.
Located in Morton, this vacation home is in the city center. Carver Arena and Peoria Riverfront Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Lick Creek Golf Course and Driving Range. Frankie's Fun Center & The PIT and Avanti's Dome are also worth visiting. Practice your golf swing on a nearby course, or enjoy other activities in the great outdoors, such as hiking/biking trails and cycling in the area.
