This is a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2¾ bath 2 story townhouse in a great location in Downtown Morro Bay. It has an open floor plan that can easily accommodate 6 guests. The living room has a fireplace, a flat screen TV and a Blue Ray DVD player, books and games for your enjoyment. All bedrooms have a flat screen TV and remote. The upstairs living space includes a living room, kitchen, dining area which is all open for easy entertaining and access to a deck with BBQ off of the living room and a view of the ocean. Also upstairs is the master suite with a private ¾ bath and a king bed, a guest bathroom and the 2nd bedroom that has a king bed that can easily convert to twin beds. The first floor has the 3rd bedroom with a king bed that can also easily convert to twin beds, bathroom, washer and dryer and a two car garage. It's only a short walk to downtown, and the Embarcadero with great restaurants and shops. The beach and the rock are also walking distance from this home.
Please note: this is a condominium townhouse and is in close proximity to other residences. We ask that guests please observe rules regarding noise and parking so the neighbors are not disturbed. Located in Morro Bay, this vacation home is by the sea. Morro Bay State Park and Museum of Natural History are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Brown Butter Cookie Company and Downtown SLO Farmers' Market. San Luis Obispo Botanical Garden and Leaning Pine Arboretum are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
