Come and stay for a month or a couple of days! Our newly constructed private contemporary studio is across the street from the beach with a small living area, room for dining, kitchen and comfortable sleeping space. It is a perfect place to shelter in as it completely separate and private just for you!
It has vaulted ceilings with an open feel. In the living room it has a sofa sleeper and seating around the 55 inch flat-screen television and gas burning fireplace.
The kitchen, with its beautiful granite counters, is open to both the dining area and living room. It has custom cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances.
The bedroom is furnished with a brand new California King bed. You also have access to the owners hot tub and roof deck with a gas fire pit where you can relax and view the ocean and at times see whales and dolphins!
The property is nicely landscaped from curb to fence lines. The studio has a private access. There is a small patio table to enjoy the morning sun and your own small gas barbecue.
Our home is a licensed Morro Bay vacation rental.
