Come enjoy our tranquil 4 bed cape located just outside of the village of Stowe. The house is conveniently located 15 minutes to Stowe Ski Resort, and less than 5 minutes to Stowe’s lower village.
The 2+ acre property is located on a private road surrounded by a peaceful forrest atop a hillside. The home has a massive post and beam great room, a modern refinished kitchen featuring custom cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large dining room. There’s a large balcony off the kitchen, great for entertaining or watching a sunset down the valley.
There is a large master bedroom with King bed, and another large bedroom with 2 queen beds on the 3rd floor, and a small guest room off the dinning room on the 2nd floor. The entry to the home is through the basement, and requires the use of stairs to get to the main living areas.
Drop everything and enjoy all of the outdoor activities that Stowe has to offer: hike, ski, golf, run, bike, shop, eat, or enjoy the tranquility of this property.
Morrisville is home to this vacation home. Stowe Mountain Resort and Smugglers Notch are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Ben and Jerry's Factory. Helen Day Art Center and Vermont Ski Museum are also worth visiting.
