The space
This lovely, & peaceful Townhome community and is 6 miles from Raleigh-Durham International Airport, and 5 miles from William B. Umstead State Park. Close to everything you need to stay comfy and enjoy your stay, (All within 3-15mins)

Our lovely-peaceful space has a comfy queen-sized bed, a spacious closet, and a private master bathroom. There are three (3) other rooms furnished with Full size bed and one full bathroom located upstairs, with a half bath downstairs, along with the kitchen, high ceiling living room with lots of natural daylight shining through the long-tall windows.

For your safety and convenience, the rooms have master lock entry, lamp and ceiling fans with adequate closet space in each room..

A flat screen smart TV is situated in the shared living room by the fire-place, where you can sit, relax and watch TV when needed..

Complimentary towels and soap are provided on first night.

Additional guest traveling with you may take up another room space, or shared room at additional cost.

Parking is limited to (2) small parking pads - 1 reserved for host the 2nd spot available on a first come first serve basis. Additional free limited guest parking may be available on a first come first serve basis at designated guest parking spots in the rear of the house.

Parking on the street is not allowed. Also note that only one guest can park in one of the driveway pads in front of the building. Please parallel park in one of the 2 spaces to allow room for host parking.

Private backporch with porch light, to get out for fresh air. Back porch has access to the designated additional parking in the rear, however, main access to the property is restricted to the front door entrance. Backdoor must remain locked at all times.
